first_imgPhilippe Coutinho’s desperation to return to England has sparked interest from FOUR top Premier League sides.Advertisement Loading… The 27-year-old samba star admits that he should never have left Liverpool and that his career has stalled since making the ‘dream’ £142 million transfer to Barcelona in January 2018.He endured a nightmare at the Nou Camp, his failure to make an impact seeing the Barca fans turn on him and often booing and jeering his underwhelming displays.Philippe Coutinho has been a shadow of his former self since leaving LiverpoolLast summer he joined Bayern Munich on loan but the German giants have indicated they aren’t prepared to make it a permanent deal.They handed over a £7 million loan fee and agreed to pay Coutinho’s £240,000 a week wages but won’t now commit to the asking price of £100 million for his stay in Bavaria to be extended.And neither will any of the Premier League clubs chasing the Brazilian international.
