Keen approached an OPD officer in an aggressive manner by acting like he was going to strike him with his fist, then pushed the OPD officer down, before resisting arrest as the officer attempted to handcuff him, the release states.A second officer arrived to assist the first in handcuffing Keen, the release detailed, and Keen was charged and taken to the Ector County Law Enforcement Center.Jail records indicate Keen had not been released Tuesday afternoon.
