Wednesday brought a plethora of stories to the Sooners beat that began with Oklahoma quarterback Austin Kendall being denied eligibility for the 2019 season if he transferred to West Virginia.Not long after that, Alabama quarterback Jalen Hurts announced his plans to transfer to Oklahoma to play for Lincoln Riley for the 2019 campaign. A few hours later, Oklahoma reversed course on Kendall, and allowed him to transfer to West Virginia and play immediately as a graduate transfer.Now, another story has hit the Oklahoma beat. The 2020 running back recruit from Florida has plenty of time to explore his options moving forward.According to 247Sports’ Composite Rankings, Knighton is the No. 11 running back recruit in the 2020 class.
